 
The company is a joint venture between Fulton Engineered Specialties Inc., Mustapha’s Engineering Works Limited, and Cryogenic Repair Services Inc. It is located in Trinidad and has manufacturing facilities in the industrial region of Chaguaramas as well as at a previous U.S. Naval Base in the port city of Chaguaramas located on the North-West coast.
The Chaguaramas facility has a deep water port on the premises which makes it ideal for fabrication of large pressure vessels, boilers and heat exchangers. Not having to deal with in-land transport makes the facility very economical to build large equipment for international destinations.
As the only ASME Certified facility in Trinidad, we provide pressure vessels to the ASME Code Sect. VIII Div. I and Sect. I with "U", "UM" and "S" stamps to the local industry as well as all international markets.
